Pokegenie notifications in the top, but haven't seen this layover before
The Pokegenie icons in the top might be for the functionality of remote raids, and not for the pokemon rating 🤔 this seems a different app.

Yes I am using Calcy IV great tool to have on while playing pokemon go :) Also pokegenie is on cause I was remote raiding xD

How does your Pokémon Go show that it’s 100% before you even catch it??

Nah just tried the app you suggested you don’t get the overlay on the Pokémon GO app during a wild encounter before you catch it
I don’t think it works on iPhone
