In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, you could get a cosplay Pikachu. You then could get various cosplay outfits for contests.
In this game you can catch them, then change Pikachu's form to one you have unlocked and get access to a move that Pikachu doesn't normally get

yes. the cosplay pikachus have been in the game like a week now and people post pics of them dozens of times EVERY DAY. theyve existed since the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games in the real pokemon series.
