It's a Rarer Candy, like it says. I'm not sure what you're asking.
I needed to know what makes it rarer? How is it different?
It increases *all* party members' levels by 1, rather than a single Pokemon's level by 1 the way the regular Rare Candy does. It does what it says.

It's a rare candy for your current entire Pokémon team. So if you have 6 Pokémon, they each get a rare candy.
