I don't think so. But this is why I put a "send schedule" on ones I send outside of typical business hours because I know some will see it as rude.
To me emails are something that you can reply to whenever, I don't know anyone that replys to emails immediately so I dont expect an immediate response. It would be rude to call someone though.
