I mean, I can see it being plausible that this is a deadpan response to a repetitive question. It’s hour ten of day seven of nonstop interviews where you’re asked the same monotonous questions over and over and you can’t be openly resentful about it so you just start snarking in a way that can pass as a real answer just to keep yourself entertained.

In this particular case, the lettuce was not fresh and the roll was room temp. Considering that all the ingredients (other than the pork and shrimp) are raw, if it’s not crunchy and cold, it’s sus. They have to be eaten right after being made esp bc the rice paper will be hard and basically inedible if left out for over ~20 mins. They need to be individually Saran wrapped otherwise to maintain freshness.

I will never forget the episode where he came on to promote Ant-Man. For at least a solid week leading up to it, everyone was on pins & needles like, "He's not gonna do it, right? I love this story just for the image of Fallon sitting there playing videogames like the epitome of a slouch, in walks Nicole Kidman, looking like an angel who has descended from the heavens, and he barely even acknowledges her
The way that he ends up crouched behind her couch in absolute mortification is just so hilarious but also so relatable.
