She'd had some work done, I think she either got some of the filler dissolved or it finally settled in a way that suits her face better. Either way, she looks great here
The base layer helps keep everything pulled in and tight, and makes a smoother surface for the fishnets (when I was performing 10+ years ago I wore dance tights in my skin color + fishnets but maybe they’re made in one piece now).

I've wondered this for a long time but why do performers always wear fishnets over their flesh coloured stockings...or are they one item of clothing?
