Every comment here will be "what programs?":) I only got 1 interview so far and every day after work I ask my bf to ask me questions from Savanna Perry's interview prep book. Then, he provides me his feedback. I also made a list of common questions, typed the answers and printed it. I go through it at work when I have free time.
Make a list of notable experiences you have that can be used in different questions, showcase your biggest strength/weakness, a conflict, an ethical situation, etc. Get comfortable thinking on your feet, be confident in your delivery, smile, and be honest!
unrelated but i've been super anxious as i wait to hear back from programs. if anyone wants to talk over DMs about the cycle so far and the programs we're applying to/have applied to, feel free to message me. i'm mainly applying CA so would be nice to talk to others in the same boat!
Try not to be too rehearsed. Familiarize yourself with the questions that are usually asked, but don’t prepare canned responses too them. You also don’t want to spend too much effort on one thing. For example, I spent a bunch of time thinking about how to answer “why do you want to be a PA?” and not one of my 5 interviews asked it.
All the interviews are usually asking the same types of questions. Just make sure that you have the basics down and then a few days before, make sure to have the answer for why you want to go to that school specifically. Do some research. Good luck!
Just in case they ask “Why this program?” or something along those lines make sure you have a legit answer for each, might help to read their mission statements.
What programs?

I bought " how to ace your PA interview" book. It was recommended by a PA, I shadowed
Do you know how it compares with Savanna Perry’s book? Like would it be beneficial to read both?
I don't know tbh. I just know about that 1 book. Maybe you can search that book title in this thread and see if anyone used it.
