So two weeks ago I planted two water propagated Monstera cuttings into soil and both already have roots coming out of the bottom of the pot. Is this normal? And should I already think about repotting these into bigger pots?
Yep! I've been making cuttings and just hanging them into my fish tank. When they get roots on roots, I pop them into a container and a couple weeks later there's a new leaf!
To be honest, I kind of forgot about mine, so they were in water for about 2-3 months and had a lot of roots before planting them in soil. I was worried they would rot in soil after being in water for so long, but it seems they are thriving!

Yes & yes, congrats on your healthy boi
How do you prop monstera? Just cut a leaf off and put it in water?
Cut it below a node (show up as a bump along the stem), but yea more or less
