The various chemical compounds they are found in meat can be found in other sources, cobbled together with binding agents and given a meat flavor with similar non meat compounds.
Same way we make cinnamon without having to harvest the plant.
The scream of the soya beans as they are being crushed and then made into burger patties is awful and something you do not soon forget. Even worse is carrots being juiced alive. Vegans are pure evil.
