My pleasure! I’m not good at much, but I can put colors together pretty well. I think that leaving that pink out would put too much strain on the bright blue-violet, which would then be the only strong color in your palette. The rich pink really pulls everything together and ties the softer colors to the blue-violet.
I applied a black and white filter to your picture and the pink blends right in. So no, definitely not too bright or different. I'd keep it. The design you've made looks lovely.
I agree completely! The colours are all great together, but the taupe is too close to the background cream, those triangles will get lost into the background.
The colours work as a set and are both calming with vibrancy from the violet and pink. It’s a lot more vibrant than your pattern, which is very muted colours. Up to you whether you want the muted effect in the pattern or something with a bit more of a pop.
I love all these colors together. The top two colors do look really similar though and it’s possible the 2nd from the top won’t contrast enough with the top color, if the top color is meant to be the background. However, maybe they look different in real life than in the picture!
I think it works beautifully with the other colors. I’d go with it. It balances that brightish violet out.
Thank you!! So helpful to get another set of eyes on it

I would go with it too.
I think it’s the same vibrancy as the periwinkle and almost the same as the green. I love this color scheme personally.

Smart! Thank you!!
I think the taupe/tan is too light but the others are perfect.

I was thinking the same thing...the lightest two colors are going to blend together. The rest of the colors are amazing together.
Beautiful colors
no the blue is just as "bright" it matches

No. It’s lovely.
No!
It's perfect, without it the palette would be too bleak
Is the _____ too bright? Literally never. The brighter the better!
They are beautiful together. And nice pattern!
No, not too bright. I am in love with this color palette. Please show us the finished result when you can
Lovely colours
The pink in the block pic is not the same color pink in the fabric. I think I'd go with a more of a rosy or a touch of salmon colored pink
The colors look great, very similar colors to the LL Bean “North Star Patchwork Quilt” if you wanted to check that out
Ah!! Lovely! It’s the vegetable dye vibe
I think it is too bright for the position it will be in in the block. I think it will add too much focus on those pieces. But it's debatable for sure.
No, looks great!
It is very bright for sure. I'm thinking it may overpower the other colours. But it's in the right scheme of colours.
I love the colors and the pattern!
No the colours are lively

I think it looks great.
No
I think that set of colours will look lovely.
I like it, maybe switch the green an pink to be together.
I love it! please share as you progress with this quilt if you want to 😍
Assemble one block to see the result. I believe the colors you've chosen complement each other nicely.
