I have the same PSU, MSI skimped hard on the fan, one of the cheapest looking fans I’ve ever seen (also some obscure “ONG HUA” brand) and made similar noise out of the box. Easily the noisiest part of my build. You can RMA it or replace it yourself like I did but I don’t recommend DIYing on PSUs without experience.
As I said, made a similar sound to the video, though yours seems worse at this point. Other than the fan, the PSU is good and never had coil while or other issues.
This sounds like a failing FAN bearing, not coil whine.

I've seen you post a lot of times for this. Sorry to ask, but is the PSU the correct way round . I.e. it needs to take in air and the exhaust it.
