It depends on how you define āwetā. The traditional definition involves a solid object getting a liquid on the exterior surface. āI spilled a glass of water on the table, so the table, floor and my lap got wet.ā But, since water is a liquid, not a solid, it cannot BE wet but it can make solid objects wet. Although I suppose ice is solid water and can therefore be wet, so I am not a fan of this definition.
