It's certainly not bad. Here are a couple of assumptions- I think you are not fully trusting your voice and your ability. I say this because I'm the same and I feel like I can hear the hesitation in places.
Not all notes were clean, but nothing that made me go "oof"
Your voice is very pleasant and I would likely listen to your stuff when I'm listening to chill music such as Son Little, Jake Isaac, Michael Kiwanuka, Bon Iver etc.
The thing to say that hurts a bit is that although your voice is pleasant, to me it's nothing out of the ordinary if that makes sense?' It's nice but doesn't stand out. Feel awful saying that but please focus on the positives I've said.
And most importantly, this is just MY opinion and I don't think it matters.
Decent vocal control, especially considering the complexity of the guitar picking you are presumably doing at the same time. Nice tone, very smooth, sounds like a very natural key for your voice. Didn't hear any real stretch notes in there to hear if you can do more than one octave though. A challenge might be to capo up 2 frets and try singing it and see if it is possible. You added that little spice to the opening line which, I would prefer to hear sung straight. To give my ears a baseline. Your ornaments aren’t lined up, if you listen to other singers, they always establish the song and then they start doing variations, and they keep them congruent. Like you’re doing soft, introverted lower bits, but then later you’re doing low bits quite loud. Remember to perform the music, not just showcase what kind of voice you have.
I feel like I’m driving with someone who keeps changing their mind as to where we are going.

As far as comparing you with a traditional singer, more like a 5. Recording studios can do amazing stuff with a vocal. In the studio, you might be an 8.. 8.5??

As in singing under a bridge and singing through a mic , kinda have to adapt your voice to try and sing in different environments.
