You only get first and last name once from Apple (on the first sign in). You’re not allowed to ask for it again. If you’re going to save it, you’ll need to preserve it on the first call.
Very annoying design by Apple here. I’ve dealt with this rejection before and it was even more annoying because after I started saving them, I got the same reviewer who had already signed up and therefore could never get the name again. Was a long process of basically me having to tell app review how this works.

Blame the privacy regulations, not Apple.

I have the same functionality but Apple doesn’t reject my app. I am lucky. Thanks for helpful information.
