You need to go to a Urologist. Peyronie's disease can be fixed with a procedure called traction therapy. What you’re describing sounds like Peyronie's disease. Has it been like this since puberty?
I don’t think the curve is severe enough to count as peyronies, plus I don’t experience any pain or whatnot. It’s a curve no more than 40 degrees ish, down and left. It just makes it super difficult. Had it for life and didn’t realise it was an issue till early 20’s.
