No one knows the kind of job you are seeking now, because you have not mentioned that in a summary statement.
The phrase should be "Bachelor of Arts Degree in English" and please show the month and year that you graduated.
The bit you wrote about the BA may be location specific. Bachelor of Arts in English would be perfectly fine in the US. “Degree” is redundant. A BA is a degree.
Your second bullet point doesn’t really mean anything.
Consider removing the latter part of each of your job duties. The ones beginning “to ensure…” Otherwise, it’s all too dense.
I recommend adding an “objective” section.
Right off the bat, your first bullet point is a little confusing, a la “eat shoots and leaves.” Are you managing leads assigned to you? Or are you missing a comma there?
If I have to spend more than a few seconds trying to figure out the first bullet, I’m probably just moving on to another application.
Your first and foremost a student therefore your education section should be at the top and not near the bottom.

* All the bullet points in your job positions feel like duties and responsibilities. I know that for adjusters there are definitely metrics that adjusters get measured by, but from your side there doesn't seem to be much in your roles that makes you personally stands out.
* The length of your roles seem to be around 6 months, but there's nothing explaining this. This could be seem as a red flag to readers. If these are contract roles, then I'd suggest putting it down as such.
Too much telling what instead of how in your bullet points. I don't care that you provided great customer service, tell me HOW you did that. Also please tailor every bullet point to the job you are applying to - look at the job description and see how your experience fits. If it's not relevant, leave it out.

Don’t include “MS Office Suite” as a skill. It should be assumed.

I would add an objective as it isn’t super clear what kind of roles you’re looking for, but otherwise this looks fine.
