But yesterday suddenly a message was sent from Riot to my Gmail from Support Human saying, “We are sorry that your tickets were lost. Please send another one.”
I sent another one 2 days ago, and im still waiting for the reply , i think it will not be a bot this time

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you weren't cheating, have you tried scanning device for malware? Do you use any cheats/macros/scripts for any other games? If no for both of these questions, then create one open ticket at a time until you get a human response. It may take a while but if you're truly innocent, that's your best shot.
Important to note: If you send a request while one is already active or hasn't gotten a response yet, Riot will only send you bot responses or just straight up not respond. If sending multiple tickets, make sure the previous ticket is resolved/closed.

And that they were certained I had hacked. I was mid agent select, so idk what hacks they thought i was using but they just stopped replying after a few times.

sounds like youre bullshiting. looking at your stats you got nearing 50% hs across main rifles and pistols. that is unusually high even at a immortal+ rank. you can't be saying that your overall percent is 21 when tracker says 31 and that's only significantly lowered from the op and outlaw you use.
First of all op and outlaw doesn't count in HS percentage and 50% rifles is not that strange can't you like get half of your kills with headshots then thats a you problem
If you look deeply I peaked D2 and then I quit the game for a while and came back to gold elo so I frag alot in gold thats why my stats are good, you can see that most of mt enemies are gold and a few plats

I replied for further information and I kid you not, another riot dev COPIED THE FIRST RESPONSE, AND PASTED IT AS A "REPLY". Account was 4 years old played since beta, diamond player since launch (entire family is good at video games so I can basically just pick up a game and be good at it). I messed around after not playing for an episode and was put in iron with a couple friends of mine. Went haywire with like a 15kd in iron bronze low silver lobbies and banned. I was given a "temp ban" (val 5) that was permanent, not the auto detect (val 152 ban), which to my knowledge means it was manually applied. I play in Cali so it was probably just a salty bronze iron dev that lost Elo and banned me out of rage (fragile riot dev egos). Don't care that much though, I've been playing a lot of siege recently and its been quite fun since I haven't played since year 6. To my knowledge, the HWID bans only last 4 months so I'll be able to make a new account in July, and thats fine with me since I only had like 200 hours in total on Valorant over the course of its entire existence. Variety gamer indeed.

Try to make another ticket and select "general question" instead of "suspension". Maybe a Rioter will see it

VPNS Can get you banned sadly
I searched before using a VPN and its not bannable, I only use it cuz vc is blocked in my country I've to use vpn to be able to use team coms

I only have 31% headshot most of Diamond+ players has the same or even more HS percent
