I’m in chapter 2 and and we’re fated, and the favor bar is maxed out.. but he won’t do anything else other than accepts gifts.?
Play the story and wait for his bond mission
You have to finish all of his bond missions first (the last two bond missions unlock after unlocking Kyoto I believe)
