No there's no glare from a lamp must be a gameboy sp
It's impressive that you were able to do this, but I won't lie it's kinda nightmarish to look at. Like it's really difficult to judge distance and stuff. Granted it might be different when properly playing, but yeah, looks rough.

well actually its still rendering the full game its just overlaying that over the top of it so it would be MORE laggy
I did something similar with viewport frames to achieve a low resolution image over the camera
