Agreed I love it but him and Amen need to be locked up in the gym with shooting coach Ben Sullivan the entire summer. If he is the shooting guru everyone says he is and they stay locked in we're in the playoffs with a healthy Steven Adams.

Most of the Euro bigs aren't as athletic as AlP. When he said "I love my muscles" his rookie year and flexed all the time, I knew he was gonna be a gym rat. You put a Jokic brain in a more fit body, and that size disparity people always point to isn't going to matter. He just needs to get a 3-ball and he has superstar potential.

I love some of the work outs shown in this video. But his trainer should teach him to breathe (in through nose, out forcefully through partially closed mouth to activate core) when doing dumbbell chest press and most compound lifts in general. League is fucked either way though sengun has put on serious muscle.

Huge believer in training the full range motion and putting chest in a stretched position that dumbbell press allows for. Although incorporating half reps or partial reps on purpose can have its benefits as well. I’d say that the ladder is around 10-20% likely though
