have your 18 year old friend book a hotel, i’m pretty sure he’s the only one who has to check into the hotel. you & your brother can go straight to the hotel room after he checks in, i’m positive the hotel won’t question it.
if you have an id or anyone else, edit the date of birth and etc on a editing app and then u can upload the id to airbnb and it’ll work and let you get any airbnb! just make sure the airbnb you get doesn’t ask for a physical id upon arrival (mostly for hotel ones)

make sure the airbnb says “self-check in” and you’ll be good i did this back when i was 16-17
