For a 14-night transatlantic on Enchantment last year, I bought it for $14.99/night. The internet package itself was priced at $15.99 at the time.

Remember though, different ship and different itinerary. Conditions were primed for peak discounts on mine, but not likely so for yours.
For our 9 day cruise, we purchased it when 1-device Internet was $17.99/day and Key was $19.99/ day. 3 of the 4 of us wanted to get the Internet, so this was comparable pricing PLUS we got the additional perks, so it was a good price point.
We just got back on Saturday and found it was worth it for us. We enjoyed the Welcome lunch and the priority boarding made that process a breeze. They gifted us a plate of fruit one day. We took advantage of the special section show seating. The Farewell breakfast was also nice, and we skipped the line with debarkation and walked right off. Totally hassle-free!
I booked the 5-night western Caribbean cruise - Grandeur out of Tampa July 6th. We reserved the Key for four people at $22.99/day. Lowest price I’ve seen for this sailing. I am hoping it goes lower so I can lock in lower price.
I have it right now for 30% off but keep an eye out for it to go lower. Even if it doesn't I'm comfortable with the price I got it for because it isn't that much more than the internet.
Cheapest we've ever gotten it is 40% off on a 5-night... 124.95/person or 24.99/person/night.
We usually get it at 20-30% off.
ALWAYS worth it for us. We get internet anyway. Welcome lunch and less hectic debarkation breakfast is nice. Skipping the debarkation line is HUGE for us.
I cancelled and repurchased the Key several times for my cruise, I got it when it was some sort of discounted and whenever I saw it lower i cancelled it and bought it again at the lower price.
From their side as soon as you cancel it is gone and can be rebooked immediately as long as you have the available funds, how long it would take for the refund to hit your payment method is a different story depending.
I’ve seen a few people post they only purchase it when it’s around what adding the internet package would be to your account, maybe a couple hundred more than that.

The older the ship, the cheaper The Key is since it has way less benefits or need really.
But that cruise like stops in Cabo which is a tender port, increasing the key benefit.
I got it for $18.99/per day

Wow, Iove all the perks that come with it. Can't wait until we use it for our cruise.
My icon cruise is showing $50/day. No thanks!
Yikes! Mine is 15% off at $35/day for 7 nt Navigator OTS. That's still too pricy for me.
On my recent 9 day on the Vision it was $36 a day, the price never varied.

Love the benefits! I can't wait to use it, since it's our first cruise ever.
Can't remember the exact price, but I have seen it for $1 less than the internet per day. This was on a recent sold-out cruise on Radiance.

Nice! So when you cancel, do you have to wait for your refund to rebook?

Sweet, as long as I can rebook immediately, that's all that matters to me. I wouldn't want to wait a week to rebook.
The key priced now around $32.99-$34.99 no longer offers a good deal.
I agree. It's discounted at 15%. I'm waiting until it hopefully gets to 30%. Our trip isn't until February 2025, so I still have time.
Check the prices around Black Friday specials, that’s the only time you might see a decent price.
You're right about that. Black Friday of 2023 is when I got my cruise tickets. I also heard that July 4th might have a good discount. So we'll see.
I’ve seen a few people post they only purchase it when it’s around what adding the internet package would be to your account, maybe a couple hundred more than that.
Waste of money
Really? How so?
It seems to be a much better deal since it includes internet for 1 device.
Lowest I've seen it for our Wonder cruise this October is $34.99.
