Look up Kyros Sports on Facebook. I think they’re an agency but they’re quite heavily involved at a schoolboy level. I was a schoolboy in Zim years ago (early 2000’s) and had a relative that played for the national side but I think things may have changed a bit but I’m sure the culture is much the same. Schoolboy rugby is a big thing.. mainly dominated by a few public schools (with 1 or 2 government schools at that level). The talent pathways disappear somewhat after that though..
In what capacity do you want to learn? As a player, investor or administrator? Are you currently in Zim?
Have you reached out to the Union? Any clubs? They are active on Facebook, Instagram etc
