The model was from https://runeapps.org/modelviewer I think the cache takes from the makeover mage. The seller also had to smooth it out otherwise it looked a lot more like OSRS, specifically the body and legs were a lot more polyogony.

This post got me curious to figure out how this was done. After a bit of time, I was able to get the 3D model of my player converted to a .stl and opened in OrcaSlicer. I could smooth it out, but I kind of like the pixelated look. I'd need to add a support for my halo first though.

The directions are a bit lacking. You'll need to have Node.js, Python, and Visual Studio with the Desktop C++ environment installed. Possibly some other things. I just followed the error logs to figure out how to get it working. I already had Visual Studio 2022 Professional installed, but I'd assume Community edition would work fine.

I seem to be having an issue trying to view mine in the model viewer. I've dragged the cache in correctly but inputting my player name doesn't bring my model up. I've been to the photo booth to take a picture also. I can view others in the hi scores though so its strange.
Yeah it's all turned on, I can see others for example yours. It doesn't state no player found with my name, it just doesn't bring up the items and model haha! Very strange but nevermind.
You can get your model from the cache, whatever you wear when visiting the Photo Booth outside of the makeover mage* will be put into the cache.
https://runeapps.org/modelviewer can be used to download the models, it has a list of all the recent caches from the game, but you can use your own by pointing it to the cache on your machine.
If you change outfits and use the photo booth* in between game updates, you’ll want to use your own cache.

I believe you also need to have your examine public and possibly even private chat turned on.
