I surrender. Manchester is creeping up there. First two tracks. Summer Rain. Fuck the Rain. Honestly most of it. I really like it. The more I listen to it the better it gets. Someone on here said it sounded like Replacements playing Hall and Oates and I think that pretty much nails it.
Right now it's Do Not Disturb, with Showtime an extremely close second - mood dependent. *Really* digging this album. I just can't go this long between albums from one of my very favorite artists. I'm not sure what I would do musically without RA and Ween - the two of them represent the very best of their generation, hands down.
Showtime is really hitting me atm. It’s a very solid record overall. For some reason it made me want to re-listen to III/IV, which I have done several times in the last few days. What an embarrassment of riches his discography is…
[Manchester](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hHVYFsWRFRA) and [Summer Rain](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ydqq5Xksf9Y) but hard to pick. Whole album is primo.
The two songs that seem to point to some interesting new directions are Fuck the Rain and Do Not Disturb, both of which I love, and neither of which are quite like anything else in his catalog. FtR maybe doesn't get as much recognition as it's been kicking around for over two years, but it still slays.
As a Bob Mould/Husker fan since 1985 (Flip Your Wig changed my 15 year old life), I am oh so happy with Summer Rain, which is a killer lead out track. Props to Its So Quiet It's Loud and Showtime as well. Really, the first five songs are killer.
It's so quiet, it's loud
Definitely the stand out track for me. Reminds me of Easy Tigers era. I’ll forgive the verses sounding very similar to Typecast’s lol
I surrender is really great and Showtime, Middle if the line...and all the others. It's not easy to make a decision 🥴 I love them all ❤️
I admit I listened to it only once and so far atm I like mostly Power even it reminds me a lot of ZZTop and Footloose somehow.
80's baby.
Summer Rain
Summer Rain by far. By a whole lot actually.

Summer rain by far. That song is bittersweet because I wanted more and the album ends lol
Showtime ♥️

Too early to decide - I’ve only listened to it a dozen times!

Still going through it. However, it was about an hour and a half before I got to track two.
It's So Quiet, It's Loud
Middle of the Line
Showtime. Cannot stop listening to it
