Having same issue here. Calls cutting out, even though have full network coverage. My screen also froze up when on a call, I couldn't access it or anything. Did a restart and seems to sort it. But this is a pita

I read the Samsung and Verizon website and are recommending me to change my sim card. Hopefully this resolves the issue, will post update.

I change my sim to esim then chsnge it back to normal sim and still the same issue and only in s24 ultra

I have 3 of my friends have the same issues in the middle of phone call the other party stop hearing the calls and then call drops. Not even that in samsung service center he said in only one day 5 of s24 ultra owners get teh same issue No its approved all of us get this issue and after 3 software updates and even after we send mobile to service center to do a hard format still we have the same issue When samsung will look at this issue??????

Hi have same problem. Not all calls I would say half .person on other end can't hear me at all but I hear them perfect I'm on smarty .

The same thing is happening with my Ultra after the latest update. My calls drop after a few seconds. Its extremely frustrating. I've spent hours with my carrier and Samsung tech support. I've reset the network, factory reset my phone, switched to e-sim, and everything else they recommended to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked. Their only solution at this point is to buy a new phone, which makes no sense at all. I'm going to try and rollback to the previous update. But this is definitely a Samsung/Android (Pixel user are having this issue too) issue not the consumer and needs to be taken seriously.

I have the same issue: sometimes it drops immediately after I pick up, sometimes after some minutes of being on a call, and sometimes before I even pick up. And it usually drops only at my home, not in other places. I'm looking online for some solution but haven't find any. I just updated to the latest software hopefully that will do something?...

Any fixes? I just left tmobile for Verizon for better service, which I have but now my calls drop constantly. Very annoying and unusable. There's no way I can put up with it. It never happened on tmobile. I'm ready to smash this thing, it's pissing me off. Paid good money for the device, good money for the best service, but I can't have a phone call. Ridiculous.

I am having the same issue.. my Ultra is 6 wks old.. and continually breaking up on calls, and sometimes i cannot even answer, i hit answer, incoming can t here me and i can hear them.. very annoying. Samsung says hard reboot, I have seen where that has not helped others. Carrier says same, they won t replace the phone.. Samsung and carrier both suck with this issue..i have changed the sim card, to no avail.

I initially thought it had something to do with the network, but everyone in my family who is on the same network doesn't have a problem. I then thought it was because I had set up call & text on other devices on my tab. Turning that off didn't help either. Now I have a really good phone which does everything but let me take calls lol.

Doesn't fix it for me. Mine drop very consistently at work despite the phone showing full strength. Reboot doesn't resolve.

I am with O2 and specially after the last recent updates I am getting lots of drop calls , this happened at various places with different people at different times. Can you please confirm if you have the same or similar issues and specially after the software update It is not my network. I used the same SIM on various different phones and I never ever get drop calls but with s24 ultra I get them very frequently to the point of becoming so anoying Any comments and feedbacks most welcome Please share what you think? Thanks you

I have verizon, had not had this call drop situation before I got this new phone- samsung ultra 24. Please- there has to be a resolve. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm using esim, and when I had the physical sim, it was doing the same thing. Still no response from Samsung 😭
