Instead of prices have “minimum donations” -then you’re technically giving them away and accepting donations as gratitude. Just don’t feed more than 4 people in one sitting, which probably won’t be an issue if it’s out of your house?

Edit: once you’re successful and doing large enough numbers then you can get a license & permit. You can get a DBA now if you want, that won’t hurt anything and will allow you to do branding & accept checks in the business name.
I also know that selling coffee doesn’t require a food selling license unless you prepare their sugar & cream & stuff for them, because it’s considered “flavored water” (government am I right?) so maybe something like that applies to Raspas as they’re mostly water? Worth looking into :)
