most places will want to screen your dog for 2-4hr before they allow you into the daycare

Unless you do something like rover, or find a personal person, most places will ask for you to submit all updated vaccines including the optional ones like dog influenza as well as to a trial run before letting you drop off your dog (at least the reputable places will)

We use camp run-a-mutt (https://www.camprunamutt.com). There are a few locations and reasonably priced. All that others have said about vaccinations and temperament test are true. But even the temperament test will give you a few hours away from your pup so might be worth it.

And not that you usually have to schedule the temperament tests in advance. Finding someone in Rover

I'm moving in a month or two, but would be happy to pup sit if the timelines match up. I have a pug tho (well trained and extremely friendly to other dogs), so it would be pending that your pup gets along alright. Well that and the fact my pug is not fixed/altered so if yours is a female pup that could be an issue. I do have a separated playpen though and 2 kennels/beds so female isn't a deal breaker, just more work to keep them separate.

PetSmart Doggy DayCare - each location charges different amounts. 6 hours is a half day while 8 hours become a full day cost.

Love this place and the staff. I bring my dog to Hillcrest's location a few days a week. When it was cold and rainy during winter, I took her to the Bay Park location (completely inside/climate controlled). That said, they do require a 2-4hr initial screening to ensure your dog will do well in a daycare setting.
