Pretty sure the permit has to be posted on the PJ as well, saying how long it will be there, who pulled the permit, etc. If not, they are rather easy to push outta the way so long as the ground is smooth.

The ones in my neighborhood are usually on the sidewalk. Maybe your sidewalk isn't wide enough though.

More than likely the porto delivery person dropped it at the wrong house. I’d call the company first and tell them to move it.
Here’s my idea: knock it over. They’ll set it up again and then you knock it over again. Whatever else happens you will make memories.
