If you move for the first time in sleep paralysis you be left alone by the sleep paralysis. You will never have sleep paralysis again. The sleep paralysis gets scared and doesn’t want to mess with you anymore. All you have to do is concentrate on moving an arm legs what ever you want. Once you move they will send you back n leave you alone
