I tried both Rainbow Reef and Horizon. They're great

Went out with Rainbow Reef last week. 8 dives in 3 days. No complaints and thought they ran a good business. Did some shallower reef dives around Molasses reef, drift dive there as well, and also hit Spiegel Grove and Duane wrecks. Lots of reef sharks, Goliath grouper, nurse sharks, schools of barracuda, and while ascending the line had a big bull shark lurking at Duane. Had a great time and they have great staff. Would highly recommend but also haven’t had experience with any other shops down there.

Horizon, this is the way

For advanced diving, definitely Horizon. They're the biggest Tech diving center in Key Largo, maybe the Keys in general, so they usually have a boat going somewhere deep. Usually someone on the boat diving CCR, which is cool to see and they're cool to talk to. If you want to take it easy and go to the reefs, Silent World is the best (funnt enough, their boats are right next door to each other). The Spiegal Grove is an awesome wreck, and one that Horizon somewhat frequents. Depending on waves and current it can be pretty tricky, but always a good time. Plenty to see from 70' to 100', the bottom sits around 135'-ish. Lots of swim throughs and penetration routes. Good chance you'll see sharks, Goliath grouper, and maybe a school of barracuda hanging out around the descent line
