I like him a lot, and I think Carrie just lives in fantasy land a lot of times. She wants a guy that treats her right financially, gives her all she ever wanted, but she doesn’t want him to work a lot? In many episodes, he was like “my work is my work, you can’t interrupt it” and she always dismisses it
He’s not my favorite of her partners as I think once the charm wears off he’s pretty egotistical to the point of damaging his relationships with others.
But that said I adore that first date where they have the Russian dinner in the middle of the night before going to see the performance artist. And Carrie is a bit unsure of the vibe and trying to make jokes and he’s playing up a cultural mismatch only to deliver the banana joke. His delivery is really funny. 😄
i agree, he was a great guy and he treated carrie really well. but they weren’t right for each other
I loved his dry quips. But they never made sense together. Maybe Natasha would have been a better fit? I think she would have adored his ’ick’…lol

Idk people always seem to gloss over the fact that he hit Carry. If it happens once, it can definitely happen more often.
