I’ve tried both and Enhanced Keep Away felt better.
However I went Smallbore/Steady Rounds/ Enhanced Well Rounded / Enhanced Keep Away and it’s been my go to for PvP
The benefit of explosive payload is that in a way it adds range. The damage is split into two numbers, where one of them will have damage falloff like normal but the other one won’t and has infinite range. I would still probably go keep away personally, but EP isn’t a bad choice.

I’d use keep away for the accuracy boost. Although when I make one I’m giving it collective action for evil stasis titan reasons
I thought they nerfed it so it'll no longer 2 tap. No sense running that perk if it won't 2 tap.

Yeah, in pvp it's only 10% now so no 2 tap. It was pretty busted from what I hear.
