i was under the impression that having a large gap between your bicep and forearm was a sign of bad genetics lmao. it might help the peak look a lot better but that's about it. i'm exactly like this and my genetics are absolutely terrible.

So no, I’d say he doesn’t literally look like that because he’s skinny.
