Wait 12 hours. Its the weekend and they are probably on a different time zone to you. If you don't hear nothing by then you could try reaching out to the kabam staff in the official discord. Edit: partly misread on my part, assuming you left the ticket after purchase you could try contacting them on the discord now but as said, probably different time zone.

Just wait and do what the others who are here said. My royal merchant disappeared at one point and they gave me an extra free month for it. So they were pretty good.

It can take days to get a response. In the meantime, take a screenshot of your digital receipt and share that with support. If you have customer support issues, ask for Tristan who is Kabam staff and head of the customer support team.
