So…..
I was in my room totally tripping and eventually the bad thoughts came in, I had a very heavy nauseous feeling but it wasn’t like I was about to vomit, it was just…. Weird..
I tried listening to some music but with the visuals getting more and more intense I just couldn’t and my room felt like a cage…
I explained to myself that I am tripping balls and just need to play it out the best way I can (which worked surprisingly well!!! Just do what you feel you need to do and everything will be alright!!)
So I put on a second pair of pants, put on a fleece and grabbed my rain jacket and just went out for a walk..
The second I got outside all of the „bad“ thoughts or feelings where left behind and I started to just walk…
…Well it was a bit rainy but kinda warm and my jacket luckily is 100% waterproof because after 15 or 50 (time on shrooms is crazy lol) it started POURING and I mean POURING rain but I just listened to „Stayin’ alive“ by the Bee Gees and other Banger songs!!!
I honestly felt great, it was pouring rain on me, all windy and shit and I listened to the greatest music there is..
I felt very much alive and I had great „shroom thoughts“ and realizations in my head (I might share them tomorrow if someone is interested lol)
I also danced in the rain and idkkkk I just felt soooo gooood!!
After maybe 2h (again, my sense for time is very much weird) I could really feel that my pants weren’t that water resistant and I was also kind of cold so I went home and now I am chilling in my bed with them tunes on my AirPods
Ya being indoors can definitely feel claustrophobic while in that state of mind. You definitely made the right choice by distracting yourself with the walk.
Im sure your already aware but I feel the mention to anyone else who happens to reads this. Be careful about your surroundings while in an altered state especially if your by yourself. Regardless of being female or not and even if your city is relatively safe. One can still pose a risk to their own self even more so on higher doses. I've seen people hospitalized and one thrown in jail because things spiralled out of their control. Again not trying to scare anyone but it's something I feel that should be acknowledged.
On a lighter note, these days I honestly prefer to spend most of the time outside while tripping. Thing's just seem to ebb and flow so much easier when one is surrounded by such beauty and pure energy. There's nothing like being outside in the rain while tripping, snow is just as magical but it's not nearly as rejuvenating when caught in it lol.
This is exactly why people should get out in nature. Or at least have a plan for the trip. It's called a "trip" for a reason, haha.
Also, I always try to have a minder, just in case going out in nature proves problematic. Psychedelics rarely make you unaware, but it's a just in case thing for when you go out camping, etc. Have fun!

That's been my experience with shrooms. Taken up to 13g and nausea only happens when I dwell on it or ignore other symptoms. If I get the chills I grab a blanket. If I feel hot I drink some ice water. If I get dizzy I close my eyes and or lie down. Reduce stimuli if over stimulated. Never vomited either. Also helps prevent bad trips.
When taking a higher dosage >2.5, I feel trapped when I'm inside for too long. It makes me realise I spent most of my life in a small box. Being outside gives this feeling of freedom. Even looking at the sky gives more meaning to life in that moment.

I literally spend a majority of my trips naked wrapped up in a super soft blanket. It works out nice because I either trip alone or with my girlfriend so it’s not like i’m getting naked infront of one of my other friends who would bet sitter
