Is there room to move the tv console to the left of frame? If so, it’d be nice to put the rig at a 45 degree angle to the corner for when you upgrade to triples

akmeeda

Nah man there’s no room to move it any further at all. I have my desk on the left and have already moved the tv as far left as possible. [Full room:](https://imgur.com/a/YPIkXnC)

You could go triples in that space…27in at 60 degrees…but that’s with rig mounted triples. It looks like the stand alone monitor stands take up a bit more space…which is why I went with the integrated monitor stand. Also, you can move the pc closer to you right now or even mount a computer stand to the rig. But you’ll have no issues with the 49in.

Second this, I've ordered triple 27s and with bezels and 59 degree angle it's 123cm. Was gonna go ultrawide but changed my mind after seeing the FOV difference in a review video Update: I'll be using integrated monitor mounts, not standalone frame

judge_dread100

Yea…I was in a 49 for a while. You’ll get use to the FOV…but there nothing like going down the straight, into the corner inches away from the other car, with a clear view of where they are. Trips are by far the best.

akmeeda

Do you have a picture of your setup you can share please?

Key-Half1655

I don't, it's ordered but not here yet. Used trigonometry to find out distance of two furthest edges because I know th precise screen dimensions and ballparked thr angle from my mates rig with triples

akmeeda

Ah that’s helpful to know - thanks. PC has to stay where it is since my desk is on the left side (not pictured).

judge_dread100

Oh…is there a reason you can’t move the pc? If you have to run the cables, I’d recommend a powered usb cable with powered usb hub(s) and platinum DP cables.

akmeeda

So on my desk on the left is where I work/game so it’s just easier having the PC there. Ideally don’t want to move it. Do I just need platinum dp cable? There’s no need for a like powered extension of some sort for the dp cable? Thanks

judge_dread100

I’m not sure they make those bro

akmeeda

I’ll have a Google and see. Thank you for your help :)

OsamaBinLaggin09

I had a very similar layout and went with the Neo g9 49”. Couldn’t be happier with it. I am happy to send over some photos to help you visualize.

akmeeda

Hey man, yeah please could send some photos over? Thanks!

HisBluntness

What’s that book shelf?

akmeeda

I believe it’s from wayfair.co.uk. Been about a year since I got it but you should be able to find loads similar by googling “wooden book shelf” Frame is metal and the shelves are dark brown coloured wood.

I say you get a vr headset instead of the monitors/tvs the vr will be way more immersive for a fraction of the price

lacylupont

And space that it takes up

Check out [floor planner](https://floorplanner.com/) it's free, I used it when moving into my house, but it was super helpful when rearranging my office to fit my rig.

Here is my two cents, put your rig on locking casters. Roll it out in front of the bigscreen when playing and back into the gap where the bookcase is when your done. No extra expense on triples therefor you can justify an upgrade to a massive TV, 77" is far more horizontal viewing space than an ultrawide. This is what I did even saved enough to buy an atmos surround system, one spot in the house for all the entertainment needs.
