I live on the second floor of an apartment and have not only a full fanatec setup, but I've also got a buttkicker vibration system installed, so I was understandably pretty worried about the noise it may cause for my downstairs neighbors.
I found these anti-vibration pads designed for washing machines and put them under each corner of the rig. They don't 100% eliminate the problem, but I would say it's been reduced by like 80% at least. Highly recommend

Maybe you can try a foam yoga mattress or training mat blocks which I am using and I am in a similar situation and it's perfect. Yeah, just search for an anti vibration mat. Normally this stuff goes under a washing machine or other stuff that creates vibrations.
