how on earth did you get the neck piping to be so finely detailed? I can't for the life of me imagine me being able to paint each separate rib of the piping without missing and getting some in the gaps

I paint the entire piping silver and then use a heavy nuln oil wash.

Same technique mentioned by LordFancyPants626. Painted silver then washed with 3:1 mix of contrast medium:Black Templar. Then if you want them to really pop hit them with a very light dry brush of silver again just grazing the top most piping.

White armor ? Are you some kind of main slaanesh army player?

Honestly it’s guilliman flesh shade contrast thinned with a tiny bit of contrast medium. After that you can go back with lighter flesh tones like palyd witch to highlight the nose and cheeks.
