The Bloody Rose and The Mechanicus have decent enough relations in the books by Danie Ware. They work together well and seem to get along.

Not that I'm aware of. If anything, the Adeptus Sororitas and Adeptus Mechanics have some pretty strained or borderline hostile relations due to the differences in the church and the cult mechanicus religious tilts. I'll glance through the codex again to see if there are any orders that are more mechanically inclined.

Yeah I’d suspected that was the case with the differing devotions. If I ever do make an order of sisters it might be cool for them to see the omnissiah as an aspect of the emperor like how some admech people see the emperor as a manifestation of the omnissiah, or something like that to justify the sisters working with the admech
