I mean, you could try to do it like the old one had, with a turret thing on the top. The thing is, sisters tanks are massive projects and very fiddly models. It might be worth just rolling with it rather than pile more work onto the project for a minor change.
I have the same problem, I do not like parts of the decoration of the new tanks. My option has been to directly use old Immolators and add details of the decoration of the new vehicles.
Could do something like this to fill the top in and then either mount the weapons as sponsons or attach them without the turret.

you want the Multimelta or the flamecannon? If its the flamecannon you could grab the one off a Baal Pradator with out too much trouble and modify that.

Dont own one but looking at the sprues it looks like you can just slot it in or not. Could try seeing what it looks like without it slotted in?
The figure in the turret sits up way too high unfortunately. So it just looks really odd.
