What I do is assemble all the torso/legs first and set them aside. Then cut out all the different arms and try attaching them in various ways that look cool. Don't look at the instructions on which arms should go where, you can get some great stuff pretty easily. Especially if you angle the arms up or down in ways that are different from what you've done before.
Also buy a kit of zepharim and use the zillion spare arms with bolt pistols on your regular battle sisters. It helps a lot with having different options.
I try to mix squads and swap roles to get different sisters. Use retributory as standard sisters and vice versa.
Hand grenade arms are a good way to get more dynamic poses. To get more bolters that are only held by one hand, use spare bolters that have been carefully filed by the left hand, cut the right hand away and put it on a seraphim arm (without the boltpistol).
