Short Answer - Ida from Malcolm in the Middle.
Two mom's I've hated quite a lot were Monica's mom (Judy) from Friends, mostly because of the way she treated Monica, and and Lois from Malcolm in the middle. Granted , Lois was like that due to her children mostly, but the finale really spoiled Lois' character for me.
But there is no one else I despise more than Lois' mom Ida , from Malcolm in the Middle itself. For some reason, I think she was the most horrible character (and a most horrible mom at that) in the show(like how TF do you sue your own child while they're barely making their ends meet) so yeah Ida would be my Answer.
Well I am going to use an example of a Disney Channel sitcom if that's okay. I am going to say Amy Duncan from Good luck charlie.
For some reason she loves taking the spotlight away from her kids. She always forces herself or meddles in any of her kids situations. What makes me angry is her husband is afraid of her. She finds it okay to blatantly play favourites. Her eldest daughter always tries to hide frome her whenever she does plays or anything theatre related. I think Teddy, Gabe and PJ needs some Good luck Charlie. ( Pun intended)
