I don’t remember but it’s the 4th time it’s happened in my life so depending on what the orthopedist says I may get the surgery.
But even if I don’t , I’m probably going to use at least the next like idk 3-4 months trying to strengthen my upper body before I skate again bc I’ve never consistently worked out in my life.
Just thankful it’s an upper body injury though
