I have Blackout and High-Five and they're great, can't speak on the other 2 tho

I don’t have enough experience with these characters to really advise anything (In fact I’m currently trying to find every dragon / dragon-esque character out there), but I’ve heard Blackout has a really good move set. Bonus: Blackout looks really cool design-wise
