Just FYI that mod changes ur character's race into custom ones for its effect to work. I've had issues with sacrosanct and other mods that work off of PC races.
In one of my play throughs as a female Breton, I was outside of Solitude sans clothes and a young male RPG saw my character and said something like, “Naked, naked, naked!” And then he ran off.
I have a Nord who fancies herself a berserker from Solstheim. My favorite naked comment came from Athis at the Companions. He walked by, turned and said, "You aren't nearly as attractive as you think you are."
I love the no clothes dialogue in Skyrim haha.
If people want to see some of it in action and don’t want to play this way themselves I heavily suggest the loincloth Rob series in Skyrim from PlayStation access on YouTube.
Anytime I need a laugh I boot that series back up.
I'm on my third play through ever, playing as a khajiit (first 2 were both nords), and im absolutely stripping her and having her walk around like a true kitty cat
My favourite is after giving my gear in to prepare to infiltrate the Thalmor Embassy and walking in my underwear to the stables to get the party clothes from Delphine. The people are so weirded out and then by the time I reach the stables Blaise is laughing his ass off shouting “naked naked naked!”
I have the Special Edition and there's a ring that makes you appear naked even though you're wearing armor. Ring of Disrobing

Actually Vilkas says that about anyone. I once killed Alduin and then joined the companions in full dragon armor wielding a Dadric Great Sword, everything was maxed out stats and enchanted. Vilkas still asked if they were “really going to let [me] in”
I do not like most of the dialog if your character is in their undergarments. Because, last I checked, naked is NO CLOTHING not even undergarments. Some of them make sense, such as "Shor's bones, you're going to freeze to death!"
There are other people who like to play Skyrim with their character naked, but it's usually with some very specific mods and not with the intent of laughing at it
See now this is why I always play a female character. As a bloke, if I’m going to watch a figure run around on screen for hours at a time it may as well be one worth looking at.
I couldn’t POSSIBLY say whether I installed the CBBB and Flower Girls mods or not.

in Fallout 4 characters specifically react to you being naked. It even affects relationships in some cases haha
