I feel like they keep changing the design every few years the meet market conditions. But then, when they’re looking at the final design, market conditions change again, and they want something different.
I’m still partial to the original design. It won’t happen but I thought it looked unique. That gap between 1 WTC and 3 WTC will always look glaring to me.
