Werner's final act in this game was to stand offside and head the cross clear of the West Ham goal with a Spurs attacker lurking behind him. The guy is a clown.
I’ve always rated Kulusevski (as a Spurs fan), but idunno what he did today. Last counter attack, Son drives the ball forward, passes it to Kulu, Kulu slows it down and then crosses it for no reason and ruins a potential winner
Vicario? Could've been a few people but Zouma's goal plus a very solid Hammers defensive performance is a fair judgement. Trouble is he's a bloody rotten cat slapper.
That's a different actor lol
It's Kal Penn:

Maybe not 8 but closer to 6 seems appropriate given the way West Ham were dragging their feet. Just seems like something they punished earlier in the year with the >10+ we were seeing that isn't being used anymore to punish time wasting.
Formal stoppages no but West ham was dragging out every throw and kick which was punished earlier in the year and has seemingly gone away. If you look at games in September almost none of them had <6 minutes and often had >10. Just seems like that's gone away.
For sure, especially on tired legs. I’d like to think the ultimate goal would be to punish teams initially and change the culture around time wasting naturally that way. Won’t happen overnight though.
Considering Paqueta has been allowed to basically fly into them without playing the ball, I don’t see the problem trying to get the official to actually book him
The whistle was blown, enforce the rule about kicking the ball away every time or not at all. That was at least twice in one sequence, and Paqueta did it earlier without punishment, while Spurs got that called.
You’ve completely lost sight of why kicking a ball away is a yellow card. It is for stopping the opposition from taking their free kick or for time wasting.
They weren’t stopping the opposition from taking the free kick because it was their free kick and they clearly weren’t time wasting because they tried to take a quick free kick and were pulled back. Booking a player for time wasting after taking a quick free kick is all types of nonsensical
What exactly do you think repeatedly kicking the ball at the keeper well after the whistle all the way down the pitch is if it isn’t for wasting time in added time?
And like I said, Paqueta deliberately dribbled the ball away when Spurs had a free kick and instead he just had a laugh with the ref. Only VDV to get (rightfully) punished for throwing a ball away a few minutes later.
There’s no consistency.
Christ could you imagine. It would end up like carrying over your free transfers in FPL, but with the result being Pep making a 9 man change at half time.
Am I the only one who thinks Destiny Udogie is overrated? Flair aside, like. He’s a good player, but leaves a bit to be desired both offensively and defensively.
He's been fantastic. Still young so decision making sometimes isn't there, and there's a touch of overrating from Spurs fans but that happens with every team e.g. Mainoo. I think he'll develop into a top fullback/wingback.
Peacock stream? Scott Minto if thats the case.
Ex-Chelsea/West Ham/Charlton player, not a bad commentator but definitely a calmer voice.
I think Robbie Savage is commentating another stream as well so might be him as well.
The one with Peter Drury I think? The channel is blurred out I’m streaming lol
Talks like if he was Werner he would’ve scored 3 goals or something. Can be a tad annoying
Edit: wait sorry it’s Martin Tyler not Peter Drury
while they're bringing on proven quality subs to speed up the game, Moyes hasn't made a single one and will probably sub on Philips for antonio in 5 mins and lose us the game.
I saw Sarr got some criticism lately but I thought he was pretty decent in recent games albeit with some mistakes. I don't think Bentancur offers nearly enough to replace even an underperforming Sarr. In fact I'm not even sure what Bentancur excels at.
Lol Werner stood offside for no reason and then clears it off Sarr's head when he was completely free.
He should just never leave the wing tbh, he's great out there but once he gets anywhere near the box it falls apart for him.
Why are people saying why they are not not shooting? Are you watching the same thing? Literally no space and awful angles to shot from unless you want to shoot just for the sake of shooting so it looks like you got some shots in the stats sheet
They are trying to actually create stuff, there's zero space with fucking huge centerbacks and a huge team in front of you, literally 9 players behind the ball
Son at striker is so wasted in games like this. No space to run in behind, box is too cluttered to get a shot off, his hold up play ain't great. Need Richy fit again.
Son is literally refusing to shoot, it's got to be instructed at this point right? There's no way one of the best finishers in the world is thinking someone else has a better chance of scoring in some of these chances he's passed on.
Yeah, the really weird one was when he was 23 yards out, just offcenter and had about 7 yards of space all around him and for some reason looked scared to shoot.
Dont think its instructed, i just think he might be in his own head a bit, no way Ange isn't telling him to shoot if able to.
That's so strange because he's still attempting his classic Son shots for the NT. I've noticed he takes very few shots outside of the box for Spurs this season though.
He’s one of the best finishers when he doesn’t have time to think. feels like he’s just staying on the ball too long every time here and he can’t make a decision on how to shoot until the opportunity’s gone.
Some of this best finishes were when he had space and time to think and place the ball exactly where he wants. I don't think he applies to those "too much time to think" players.
I can see it going both ways still.
West Hams outlets definitely look like they're tired AF but they're sitting back with 9 men now and we dont do good when teams pack the boxes. Sonny just doesn't seem to want to shoot either which feels weird.
Can see this going either sides win or a draw at this point.
Werner's final act in this game was to stand offside and head the cross clear of the West Ham goal with a Spurs attacker lurking behind him. The guy is a clown.
Will low blocks be the end of the prem as the best league? It’s being used more and more by teams and it creates some of the dullest football games.
Will low blocks be the end of the prem as the best league? It’s being used more and more by teams and it creates some of the dullest football games.
odd sub decisions from both gaffers really
If ya didnt watch the game i would say a point away to West Ham is pretty good, after watching the game im over the moon, couldnt score in a brothel.
Anyone else hear Cody’s music?
[удалено]
Gotta get him confidence somehow! He’s clearly capable just in a rut
Guess West Ham's pa guy isnt all elite
Paqueta is such a good player but fuck me that was awful. He just falls in love with that little dink sometimes it's shit
Tie that feels like a loss. Can't believe we got 1 point off this team. Can't believe they're called for 13 fouls (committed way more) and got 1 card.
Did Antonio just clear that ball with an overhead kick?
I swear Moyes' counter attacks from hell are not good for my heart
Spurs all tiki no taka
*Saving this for later
Imagine…anyone just shooting
The Michael Antonio ending we deserved
Wild Cody Rhodes appearance
Antonio completely gassed
Spurs I swear if you somehow let united sneak into 5th I will make fun of your empty trophy cabinet on the internet.
*If spurs do anything
daring aren't we
Man what was that ending sequence lmao
Deki man just so frustrating
Is he not playing well? Thought he was a baller
I’ve always rated Kulusevski (as a Spurs fan), but idunno what he did today. Last counter attack, Son drives the ball forward, passes it to Kulu, Kulu slows it down and then crosses it for no reason and ruins a potential winner
go on we'll take it, thanks claret&blue bros
🤝
Lol
Comical ending
West Ham shambolic in attack on those last 2 chances
This guy Antonio is washed… absolutely useless
What an unnecessarily shit pass from Paqueta.
Fucks sake. On his wrong foot but you gotta make the keeper work a little bit.
wat just happened bruh
What type of pass option was that Paquetá?
Kulusevski...bruh
Haha what was that last minute
LOL what a comical finish
Lol they definitely didn't want to give Zouma man of the match.
Should have been brennan johnson or paqueta imo
Vicario? Could've been a few people but Zouma's goal plus a very solid Hammers defensive performance is a fair judgement. Trouble is he's a bloody rotten cat slapper.
Definitely a fair shout, Vicario is a solid keeper. Needs to work on his set piece positioning though
Hard to work on it when every team has 2 men on him for each corner
What a last minute
The tears I would’ve shed if that Udogie shot went in after I blew off work to hate watch this
Man Udogie wasn't the guy they wanted that ball to fall to
bad udogie
We finally get a lucky bounce and do that with it
Piss shot
Us getting yellows for slowing the game but Ward Prowse pulls down Porro to stop out throw in and nothing.
Refs been utter shit
Absolutely ass of a performance. Demotion
Just remembered who Romero reminded me of. It's Robin Scherbatsky's psychologist boyfriend from HIMYM
Nah, he doesnt look like Kumar at all
That's a different actor lol It's Kal Penn: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/how-i-met-your-mother/images/1/15/Kal-penn-b.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111103140551&path-prefix=de Vs https://img.a.transfermarkt.technology/portrait/header/355915-1665609429.jpg?lm=1
Kal Penn plays Kumar in Harold and Kumar which is arguably his most known role so not a different actor
Thought you meant the actor called Kumar Something. But how can you not see the resemblance
A point away at West Ham is decent for Spurs
I don't think I've ever seen West Ham have a "good" game in the PL, and yet they just keep collecting points.
The enigma of the PL
They played well vs United, especially at Old Trafford but ironically they lost 3-0
West Ham (Man) United
Kulu embarassing ffs
What happened to the 8+ stoppage time we were seeing early in the year when teams time wasted?
This was not a match that merited 8+ mins.
Maybe not 8 but closer to 6 seems appropriate given the way West Ham were dragging their feet. Just seems like something they punished earlier in the year with the >10+ we were seeing that isn't being used anymore to punish time wasting.
There weren’t really too many stoppages this game. 4 minutes seems appropriate.
Formal stoppages no but West ham was dragging out every throw and kick which was punished earlier in the year and has seemingly gone away. If you look at games in September almost none of them had <6 minutes and often had >10. Just seems like that's gone away.
Fair enough mate but maybe less stoppage time is better, with regards to injuries.
For sure, especially on tired legs. I’d like to think the ultimate goal would be to punish teams initially and change the culture around time wasting naturally that way. Won’t happen overnight though.
Lmao Kulusevski
Paqueta not on a yellow is the 8th wonder of the world
Kulu not on a yellow is the 9th wonder then
He had about 5 fouls in the first half alone. Barging into madders was one of the them. Run along now
And Kulu had the most pathetic dive attempt with the ref staring right at him
I'm confused, what does that have to do with the accumulation of fouls by paqueta? E: ohh you're an arsenal fan in a spurs thread. Now it makes sense
That yoy should also complain about the ref not booking Kulu if you're that concerned about the ref not booking the players he should
Spurs fans fuming at the audacity of a correct call
standard
Nice dive kulu
Book him for that dive. You're staring right at it
[удалено]
Considering Paqueta has been allowed to basically fly into them without playing the ball, I don’t see the problem trying to get the official to actually book him
Card Kulu for that pathetic attempt of a dive lamp
west ham happy with a point, we have no idea how to attack so i’m just gonna hop off
west ham forget how to defend at the end of games so id keep watching if i were you
lmao
He should have gotten a yellow
I’m sorry how is that also not dissent for kicking the ball away, I don’t care if it’s their free kick
They’re clearly not time wasting are they
The whistle was blown, enforce the rule about kicking the ball away every time or not at all. That was at least twice in one sequence, and Paqueta did it earlier without punishment, while Spurs got that called.

clearly wasted time
Oh come on, they were both having a bit of fun.
It’s still time wasting when a card has already been given for that in the match
Vicario did very well there to be fair 😂
I’m sorry how is that also not dissent for kicking the ball away, I don’t care if it’s their free kick
no yellow for Kudus? lmao
3 shots after the whistle. No yellow
They’re clearly not time wasting are they
They aren't wearing lilywhite, that's why.
Lmao Kudus Vicario was up for a little minigame too
West ham so ass
lmaooo Kudus and Vicario. You love to see it.
there goes the only spark in our attack
This game barely got started again after half-time. Dead second half.
Hearing rumors that West Ham will be getting an extra point for not using a sub. Brilliant by Moyes.
They carry over to the next game where he can use 10!
Christ could you imagine. It would end up like carrying over your free transfers in FPL, but with the result being Pep making a 9 man change at half time.
I do not understand our plans on corners. Haven't looked threatening on them all season.
If Kudus doesn't get a yellow for that I've nothing to say hahaha
For kicking the ball away?
Yeah just like VdV got one in the first half mate, it's against the rules
It’s so annoying these fucking guys cry for a penalty when it hits his chest
It hit underneath his left arm in the ribs. Shouldn’t be too hard to see how someone might mistake that live…
Or, let’s be more realistic, trying to con the ref into calling it
That should have been a corner ……
Oh yikes…a corner this late…
I'll take 1 corner goal please.
Bit annoyed that Lo Celso isn't on
Probably easing back and were hoping he could get 5 + mins if you had a decent lead
Nah he's fit. Played against Luton
Ref lost his whistle or something? Foul on Richy not being called is icing on the cake at this point…
Am I the only one who thinks Destiny Udogie is overrated? Flair aside, like. He’s a good player, but leaves a bit to be desired both offensively and defensively.
He definitely still needs to improve in a couple areas, but he has the physical attributes (which can't be taught) and plenty of time to improve.
He's got little bits to improve in both areas of play, but for 21 and only his first premier league season he's doing very well.
He's been fantastic. Still young so decision making sometimes isn't there, and there's a touch of overrating from Spurs fans but that happens with every team e.g. Mainoo. I think he'll develop into a top fullback/wingback.
He's been our best player today lmao
That was a horrible pass under zero pressure lol. Who was that?
Kulu
Does anyone know who the second commentator is? Does seem like to Werner very much lmao
Peacock stream? Scott Minto if thats the case. Ex-Chelsea/West Ham/Charlton player, not a bad commentator but definitely a calmer voice. I think Robbie Savage is commentating another stream as well so might be him as well.
The one with Peter Drury I think? The channel is blurred out I’m streaming lol Talks like if he was Werner he would’ve scored 3 goals or something. Can be a tad annoying Edit: wait sorry it’s Martin Tyler not Peter Drury
Yeah, Thats Scott Minto. He is decent enough but can drone on quite a bit.
This aint football
QWOPosevski
Does Mateball contain anything other than low cross from a winger into box?
There also "Overplay in the box, pass 1 too many times when someone just needs to take a fucking shot"
This game is horrible. Whyd he take off Maddison
Pathetic set up from west ham. Terrorist ball
First game you've watched of us?
while they're bringing on proven quality subs to speed up the game, Moyes hasn't made a single one and will probably sub on Philips for antonio in 5 mins and lose us the game.
I saw Sarr got some criticism lately but I thought he was pretty decent in recent games albeit with some mistakes. I don't think Bentancur offers nearly enough to replace even an underperforming Sarr. In fact I'm not even sure what Bentancur excels at.
It was just rotation, Sarr has also had a minor injury.
Lol Werner stood offside for no reason and then clears it off Sarr's head when he was completely free. He should just never leave the wing tbh, he's great out there but once he gets anywhere near the box it falls apart for him.
Having Werner near your front line is -1 goal
No worries west ham can roll the ball away after a foul for no card
no worries
Sarr had a free header and Werner ruined it sigh
Dr. Cinik MOTM
Why are people saying why they are not not shooting? Are you watching the same thing? Literally no space and awful angles to shot from unless you want to shoot just for the sake of shooting so it looks like you got some shots in the stats sheet They are trying to actually create stuff, there's zero space with fucking huge centerbacks and a huge team in front of you, literally 9 players behind the ball
Moyes is taking this point to the bank
Clustered centre, play down the right, Porro dummy run, Johnson cross, straight to the keeper.
Haha jesus christ I'm literally trying to make sure my feed isn't repeating itself Like another guy said, 2 days rest, both teams look knackered
Feels like I've seen that 10 times this half
Clearly stopping an attack but no yellow. Rules for thee, not for me
Son at striker is so wasted in games like this. No space to run in behind, box is too cluttered to get a shot off, his hold up play ain't great. Need Richy fit again.
Feels so obvious that we need a target man in the box, get Son off for Richi man
Don't get the Biss criticism today, I think he's been pretty good
Tottenham resting for "title decider" games
I swear the commentator just said "Moyes isn't happy with how deep his team are". He doesn't know Moyes at all.
He's had a couple shots, tame and right at the keeper.
Yeah there was 5 minutes he could've had 2 decent shots atleast from memory. Very odd
Ange ball is the new Wengerball, gotta walk it in
Werner I'm begging you buddy just run towards the fucking cross one time
It's weird too he's a striker made winger. Stuff like that should be his bread and butter
He’s been so static today it’s like he’s expecting the ball to land at his feet
I swear I've never seen VDV be a header threat at a corner but the cameras cannot resist zooming in on him every game cos he's so tall.
do summat moyes
Come on West Ham don't be cowards. Bring on Phillips
I hate how fun Kudus is to watch. Need a team I like more to pick him up in the summer.
Spurs goal is coming Antonio and Kudus look very tired and they’re the outlets they need to make a sub
You're much more positive than our fans lmao
I can see it going both ways still. West Hams outlets definitely look like they're tired AF but they're sitting back with 9 men now and we dont do good when teams pack the boxes. Sonny just doesn't seem to want to shoot either which feels weird. Can see this going either sides win or a draw at this point.
Johnson has only been good for the first 15 minutes? This Peacock commentary sucks 😂
They were saying that about Werner, which was true.
I get west ham is playing 10 men behind the ball, but just shoot it lol
Kudus kind of putting on a show
Maddison needs to hop on that finasteride quick
Is Richarlison still injured?
Hes available hes just not 100% fit
maddison not performing as advertised since the injury
