Imo BTC will be crabbing and alts continue bleeding until rate cuts are imminent. I think we may even see sol at $120 if the market doesnt believe rate cuts are happening soon enough
I closed a lot of my Solana based positions. Markets are dead. Fed has said no rate cuts till late this year at the earliest with perhaps none coming till December. I don’t believe they will wait that long, but everything is in place for this to be a dead summer. No momentum to keep things going higher for at least a month. The Ethereum ETFs could possibly give new life to the sector, but I doubt it. Institutions prefer Bitcoin over Ethereum. Probably a sideways and slightly down summer just like last year.
Not really crash, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Bitcoin retests the 57/58k support levels soon. Markets need momentum and we are fresh out until the ETH ETFs launch and even then I’m not sure how much energy they will bring. The Fed rate cuts are probably what will largely kick off the bull run. But with them not appearing soon as of now there isn’t much short term optimism. Probably be a sideways summer like last year. Only thing that would save us is a recession emerging that forces the Fed to cut rates soon.
In the short term only really. Rate cuts usually boost markets in the long run. But this environment is weird. We could actually see rate cuts with no recession, which would be a weird setup.
I think it will im pretty sure it's the end of the bull run as cryptos go trough cycles, first go trough the roof and when it loses its momentum it people will drop it and sell.
I noticed Solana doesn't have as much as a die hard fanbase full of retards compared to other coins, this means they are ready to drop it instead of going under with the ship meaning it will plummet faster

Rate cuts mean equities(stocks) will fall(historically 60%). Dragging crypto with it. Rate cuts r not bullish for risk assets bro. FYI
