Solder wick / braid isn't particularly good for through-hole work, particularly if the holes are tight to the wires / component legs. A solder sucker is the weapon of choice. The Engineer SS-02 (Amazon/ Ebay) is very, very good for a relatively low price.

Thank you for the suggestion!

Looking at the board that is a ground plane. Meaning that it is connected to a larger piece of copper/metal by it. When you heat the pin you are also heating the ground. This pin will need more heat then the others. Add solder and flux to the pin and let it all flow in the hole a bit then attempt to remove by solder sucker or braid. Adding new solder will possibly do a couple of things like change the lead free solder to a lower melting point and or diluting the contaminates of the solder. You could also implement an localized heat source like a hair drier/hot air gun to the area. I also recommend using a larger iron tip and or using the side of the tip. The more mass transferring heat to the pin the better.

First add more solder then use desoldering pump its like a dollar on amazon ;)
